web designing with cms - oDesk

I need 10 pages (including contact form) dynamic website for swimming pool installation company. Apart from this I have a 60 pages pdf brochure, i would like this in page flip style in flash.

Need small flash snippets on website to make it good looking.

I should be able to edit, delete, change, add content, images and add more web pages in future.
