Phpprobid Solution Needed

Hi, I need to find a solution for my phpprobid software. The site is largely based off of video uploads. However, most people will not compress their files before uploading. I need a solution, like youtube, that allows the user to upload and it will be compressed on my side. I don’t have ffmpeg, etc. on my server. I am in the process of switching servers for my purpose of achieving these results. You will have to upload the ffmpeg, mplayer, etc. or whatever this requires onto my server …
