Make Keyword List from Domain

I need a script that I can place on any domain that will look at the url of the domain and extract the keyword used as the domain name and search overture and google keyword suggest results for related keywords. The script will then need to strip out any odd characters, capatilize the first letter of each keyword found and print them one per line to a text file on the server.
