create free e-mail accounts

Hello, I need to have 10000 free e-mail accounts created at random free e-mail account providers (that’s your choice, just not yahoo or aol, or hotmail). They really need to be random not like 9999 from one e-mail account provider. When you will create them I need to have list of them provided to me in format: e-mail address;login to the e-mail; password to the e-mail; web page where I can check if this e-mail account exists; so one e-mail with full data per one line.
