ClickBank Hoplink Script

I require a customized ClickBank hoplink generator to use on my affiliate page. This script needs to take the default ClickBank product ID and encrypt it into a clean ClickBank ID i.e. http://yoursite.com/example/xxxxx This script needs to be visually pleasing, easy to install on my current HTML page (need to be able to paste it within the HTML code) and very simple for the end user.
