Banner Rotating Script

I am looking for a Banner Script that can be placed at the TOP of my website. Need banners to rotate, want to add and delete banners from the admin page, and charge a fee for 30, 60, 90, or unlimited amount of days through Paypal. Would like to have a sales link on the home page for banner advertising, which takes the customer directly to Paypal for payment. Would like everything to be easily done from the admin page.
